3. Accounts & Access
Clients may provide SnapTec with temporary access to hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, CMS systems, or third-party platforms.
- Clients remain responsible for account ownership
- SnapTec applies commercially reasonable security practices
- Access may be revoked upon project completion
- Unauthorized access or misuse is prohibited
4. Payments & Billing
Payment terms, project milestones, subscription fees, and invoicing schedules are defined in project agreements, proposals, or contracts.
- Late payments may result in paused services
- Custom development work is generally non-refundable
- Third-party service costs may be billed separately
- Clients are responsible for applicable taxes and fees
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- SnapTec retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, systems, tools, and reusable code
- Clients retain ownership of their trademarks, content, and licensed materials
- Final deliverables may transfer according to project agreements
Enterprise Technology & Confidentiality
SnapTec works with enterprise infrastructure, confidential systems, cloud environments, operational data, and business-sensitive workflows. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during projects.
AI Systems & Platform Usage
SnapTec may provide AI-powered systems, automation tools, recommendation engines, analytics systems, and operational workflows.
AI Limitations
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice.
Client Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated recommendations and outputs.
Data Protection
SnapTec does not intentionally use confidential client information to train public AI systems without authorization.
Service Availability
AI systems and cloud services may occasionally experience downtime, maintenance, or infrastructure interruptions.
6. Infrastructure & Third-Party Services
SnapTec integrates with third-party services including:
- AWS
- Shopify
- Magento / Adobe Commerce
- Google Cloud services
- Payment gateways
- Marketing & analytics platforms
SnapTec is not responsible for outages, limitations, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapTec shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Third-party service failures
- Security incidents caused outside SnapTec’s reasonable control
8. Termination
SnapTec reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases including:

- Fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Failure to pay invoices
